Join our Human Capital team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Workday Absence, Time, and Benefits. This role is crucial in shaping HR transformations by leveraging analytics and industry insights to design and execute critical programs. You will be instrumental in addressing modern HR and talent priorities.

Engage with HR and business stakeholders to capture and document requirements for Workday modules including Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning. Translate these needs into functional specifications and configure the Workday system accordingly. This includes setting up time-off policies, benefits plans, and learning content.

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure module accuracy and functionality. Collaborate with stakeholders on user acceptance testing (UAT). Configure integrations between various HR systems and Workday, ensuring data consistency across all platforms. Provide essential training and support to end-users, HR administrators, and managers. Address user inquiries and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Workday HCM certification, specifically in Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning modules, is essential. You should possess proven experience in configuring and implementing Workday HCM modules, coupled with a strong understanding of HR business processes.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are necessary. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is key. Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance is important. Experience with change management and training strategies is considered a valuable asset.
