In this role, you will partner with HR and business leaders to meticulously document requirements for Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning modules. You'll translate these business needs into actionable functional specifications and configure Workday modules to precisely meet client demands. This includes setting up time-off policies, benefit plans, learning content, and implementing custom rules and workflows.
You will develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure module accuracy and functionality, collaborating with stakeholders for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Additionally, you will configure integrations between Workday modules and other HR systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Providing training and ongoing support to end-users, HR administrators, and managers, while developing user guides and training materials, will also be key responsibilities. Ensuring adherence to data privacy and security standards is paramount.
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Workday HCM certification, particularly in Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning modules, is essential.
Candidates must possess proven experience configuring and implementing Workday HCM modules, coupled with a strong grasp of HR business processes in Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are required. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is vital.
Experience with data privacy regulations and compliance is necessary. While not mandatory, experience with change management and training strategies is considered a significant advantage. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to impact client organizations through expert Workday solutions.
