Configure and implement Workday Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning modules based on detailed business requirements. Establish time-off policies, benefits plans, and learning content. Develop custom rules, validations, and workflows to enhance functionality. Conduct thorough testing and collaborate with users for acceptance testing.

Integrate Workday modules with other HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users and administrators. Address user inquiries and issues, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards. Create user guides and training materials to facilitate smooth adoption.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Certification in Workday HCM, specifically in Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning modules, is essential.

Demonstrated experience in configuring and implementing Workday HCM modules is crucial. A strong understanding of HR business processes related to Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning is necessary, alongside excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
