Join our Human Capital team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Workday Security. This role focuses on delivering robust Workday Security solutions across various functional modules. You will play a key part in translating business and compliance needs into secure and scalable Workday configurations, contributing to impactful HR transformation initiatives.

As a trusted advisor, you will lead the design, implementation, and support of Workday Security frameworks. Your expertise will ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and optimize security postures within the Workday ecosystem. Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Security solutions. Analyze business and compliance requirements to develop scalable security designs. Develop and maintain security frameworks, including role-based and user-based security, domain and business process policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and compliant Workday configurations. Conduct security assessments, SoD reviews, and risk mitigation. Troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues, ensuring minimal business impact. Perform regular security reviews and audits to maintain compliance. Support security for diverse Workday modules like HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll. Create and maintain comprehensive security documentation and governance artifacts. Evaluate and implement security changes for Workday releases. Mentor junior team members and contribute to project success and client satisfaction.

Minimum 4-6 years of Workday experience, with at least 3 years focused on Workday Security. Demonstrated ability to independently lead Workday Security workstreams through all project phases. In-depth understanding of Workday security concepts: Domain Security Policies, Business Process Security Policies, Security Groups, Role-Based Security, User-Based Security, and Segregation of Duties (SoD). Experience in designing and maintaining security models across multiple Workday modules. Proficiency in performing security audits, role reviews, and risk assessments. Strong knowledge of Workday security troubleshooting methodologies. Ability to create detailed security design documents and governance frameworks. Familiarity with SDLC, IT General Controls (ITGC), audit requirements, and Agile methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to diverse audiences.
