Engage with HR and business stakeholders to define and document requirements for the Workday Recruiting module. Translate these business needs into precise functional specifications.

Configure the Workday Recruiting module to precisely match business needs, including setting up specific recruiting configurations, custom rules, validations, and workflows. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts to ensure module accuracy and functionality.

Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm alignment with requirements and manage integrations between recruiting and other HR systems, ensuring data consistency. Provide end-user training and ongoing support for the Recruiting module, addressing inquiries and ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards. Develop essential user guides and training materials.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Possession of a Workday HCM certification, specifically in the Recruiting module, is essential.
