Join Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as a Senior Consultant in Workday Prism Analytics, a key role within our Human Capital - HR Transformation practice. This position involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced Workday Prism Analytics solutions to address critical business reporting, analytics, and data transformation needs. Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday Prism Analytics solutions. Build and maintain Prism data pipelines, datasets, and advanced reporting structures. Translate complex business requirements into scalable Prism Analytics and reporting solutions. Integrate data from multiple sources into Workday Prism in collaboration with technical teams. Troubleshoot and resolve Prism Analytics, reporting, and data integration issues efficiently. Optimize data models and reporting performance for enhanced user experience. Develop comprehensive technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment artifacts. Mentor junior consultants and support teams on Prism Analytics development. Contribute to successful project delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality standards.

A minimum of 4-6 years of overall Workday experience, with at least 3 years focused on hands-on Workday Prism Analytics. Proven ability to independently lead Prism workstreams through all project phases, from requirements gathering to post-production support. Experience in designing and building complex data pipelines, transformations, and data preparation workflows within Workday Prism. Strong understanding of Workday Reporting capabilities, including Advanced Reports, Composite Reports, Matrix Reports, Dashboards, and Discovery Boards. Proficiency in integrating data from internal and external systems into Prism using EIBs, Workday connectors, APIs, and cloud-based data sources. Solid grasp of data modeling, data validation, data governance, and data quality management principles. Strong knowledge of SQL concepts, data warehousing principles, and analytics methodologies. Experience with Workday Integration technologies such as EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, Web Services, XML, XSLT, REST, and SOAP APIs. Ability to create detailed solution designs, data mapping documents, process flows, and technical specifications. Experience supporting production incidents, troubleshooting data issues, and providing warranty support. Good understanding of Workday HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance data structures. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting solutions to diverse audiences. Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management processes. Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly. Workday certifications in Prism Analytics, Reporting, or Integrations are highly preferred.
