Join Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as a Consultant within the Human Capital practice, focusing on HR Transformation. This role involves designing, building, and deploying integration solutions for Workday, contributing to innovative talent and change programs.

Leverage your expertise in HR technology and system integrations to enhance the end-user experience with Workday's products, tools, and services, ensuring high customer satisfaction. The team addresses new waves of HR, talent, and organization priorities, utilizing research and analytics to drive critical programs.

Develop and meticulously test integration solutions for Workday, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Document program code following software development best practices. Troubleshoot integration issues by applying in-depth knowledge of integration concepts and methodologies.

Analyze and translate functional specifications into detailed technical specifications. Assist other engineers with debugging complex components, requiring minimal supervision. Contribute significantly to improving user interactions with Workday's integration products and services.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition is essential. Prior experience managing HR technology across multiple platforms like Darwinbox and ATS is required. Proficiency in Boolean Search and Advanced Excel is a must, alongside strong communication skills.
