Join our Human Capital team as an Associate Director in Bengaluru, contributing to innovative talent and change programs. This role focuses on leveraging research, analytics, and industry insights to address modern HR and talent priorities.

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in designing and implementing critical HR solutions. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and functional capabilities within our Human Capital Practice.

Collaborate with HR and business leaders to define and document requirements for Workday's Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning modules.

Translate complex business needs into actionable functional requirements and configure Workday modules accordingly.

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure module accuracy and functionality.

Configure system integrations and ensure data integrity across HR systems.

Provide essential training and ongoing support to end-users and HR administrators.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.

We are looking for a minimum of 10 years of experience with Workday HCM, specifically in Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning modules.

Proven expertise in configuring and implementing Workday HCM modules is essential, alongside a strong grasp of relevant HR business processes.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are key. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance is also necessary.
