This role involves collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to translate needs into functional requirements and configure Workday modules to meet these demands. This position offers a significant opportunity to shape and implement HR technology solutions. You will be instrumental in ensuring the effective use of Workday across the organization, supporting critical HR functions and enhancing user experience.
Configure Workday Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning modules, including setting up policies, plans, and custom rules. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Implement integrations between Workday and other HR systems, ensuring data consistency. Provide end-user training and support, develop user guides, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical configurations, validating system functionality, and contributing to seamless data flow across integrated HR platforms. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to user enablement.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, coupled with over 10 years of experience in Workday HCM, specifically in Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning modules. Proven expertise in configuring and implementing these Workday modules, a strong understanding of relevant HR business processes, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential. The ability to work both independently and within a team, along with knowledge of data privacy regulations, is also critical.
