Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to thoroughly understand and document customization and enhancement requirements. Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications. Design, develop, and maintain bespoke applications utilizing the Workday EXTEND platform. Develop custom reports, integrations, and workflows to precisely meet client business needs. Create intuitive user interfaces and dashboards to elevate user experience. Build robust integrations between Workday HCM/Financial Management and other systems using Workday EXTEND, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Develop and implement automated processes and workflows to optimize business operations and enhance efficiency.

We seek a Senior Consultant with 4-5 years of dedicated experience in Workday Extend and application development. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java, coupled with experience in RESTful APIs and web services, is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are key, as are excellent communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and an understanding of data privacy regulations are highly valued. A Workday EXTEND certification is a significant advantage.
