Join our Human Capital Transformation team as a Manager specializing in Workday Core HCM. This role involves collaborating closely with HR and business stakeholders to enhance our talent and organization priorities.

Configure and implement Workday Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning modules based on gathered business requirements.

Set up intricate details like time-off policies, benefits plans, and learning content.

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure seamless functionality.

Integrate Workday modules with other HR systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across the board.

Provide essential training and ongoing support to end-users and HR administrators, addressing inquiries and ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Demonstrate at least 10 years of experience with Workday HCM, specifically focusing on the Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning modules.

Possess proven expertise in configuring and implementing Workday HCM solutions.

Exhibit a strong understanding of HR business processes, particularly those related to Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning.

Showcase excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance is essential. Experience in change management and training strategies is considered a valuable asset.
