Join our Human Capital practice as a Senior Consultant, specializing in Workday Absence, Time, and Benefits. This role is central to HR Transformation initiatives, addressing modern business challenges by leveraging analytics and industry insights.
Our team is dedicated to designing and executing critical HR and talent programs. You'll collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to ensure seamless integration and optimization of HR systems.
As a Senior Workday Consultant, you will be instrumental in gathering and documenting business requirements for Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning modules. Your responsibilities include translating these needs into functional specifications, configuring Workday modules to meet business demands, and setting up essential elements like time-off policies and benefit plans.
You will also develop and execute comprehensive test plans, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and configure integrations between various HR systems. Providing end-user training and support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will create user guides and training materials to empower users.
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Workday HCM certification, particularly in Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning modules, is highly desirable.
Essential qualifications include proven experience in configuring and implementing Workday HCM modules, coupled with a strong understanding of HR business processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are crucial. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is expected.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance is necessary. While experience with change management and training strategies is a plus, it is not mandatory. This role is based in Bengaluru, India.
