Join our Human Capital transformation team as a Workday Integration Consultant. This role is key to designing, building, testing, and deploying robust integration solutions within Workday. You will leverage your expertise in HR technology and integration concepts to enhance the end-user experience and drive customer satisfaction.

This position offers a dynamic environment where you can apply your technical skills and analytical abilities to solve complex HR technology challenges. You'll work with cutting-edge tools and contribute to significant projects within Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP.

As a Workday Integration Consultant, your primary responsibilities include:

- Designing, developing, and implementing Workday integration solutions. - Writing and documenting program code according to software development best practices. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues. - Translating functional specifications into detailed technical specifications. - Assisting other engineers with debugging and problem-solving. - Contributing to a high-quality end-user experience with Workday's integration products.

Ideal candidates will possess:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. - Experience managing HR technology across multiple portals, including Darwinbox and ATS. - Strong proficiency in Boolean Search and Advanced Excel. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A self-motivated attitude with the ability to learn quickly through independent research and self-training. - A Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduation Diploma, or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
