Design, develop, and implement Workday integration solutions, adhering to best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, demonstrating in-depth knowledge.

Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.

Debug large code components and support other engineers in debugging efforts.

Enhance the end-user experience with Workday's integration products, tools, and services to drive customer satisfaction.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition is required.

Proven experience managing HR technology across multiple portals, including Darwinbox and ATS, is essential.

Strong proficiency in Boolean Search techniques and advanced Excel functionalities is a must.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly through self-training and research are highly valued.

Bachelor's degree, Post Graduation Diploma, or Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
