You will collaborate closely with HR and business stakeholders to define and document Core HCM requirements, translating these into functional specifications. Key responsibilities include configuring Workday Core HCM, setting up benefits modules, and developing custom rules, validations, and workflows. You'll also be responsible for creating and executing test plans, supporting user acceptance testing, and configuring integrations with other HR systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Providing end-user training and support, developing user guides, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations are also vital aspects of this role.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Possession of a Workday HCM certification, especially in core HCM, is highly advantageous. Demonstrated experience in configuring and implementing Workday HCM modules is essential. Strong understanding of core HCM business processes, excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and robust communication and collaboration skills are paramount. The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, coupled with knowledge of data privacy regulations, will set candidates up for success.
