This role focuses on HR Transformation (HRT) within the Workday platform.
We are seeking an Associate Director to contribute to our impactful work in the Human Capital practice.
Collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to capture and document intricate business requirements for Workday's Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning modules. Translate these needs into precise functional specifications.
Configure and tailor Workday modules to align with business objectives. This includes setting up time-off policies, benefit plans, learning content, and implementing custom rules, validations, and workflows. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure module accuracy and functionality. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
Manage integrations between Time & Absence, Benefits, Learning, and other HR systems, ensuring data integrity. Provide essential training and ongoing support to end-users, HR administrators, and managers. Address user inquiries and resolve module-related issues. Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards. Create user guides and training materials.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. We are looking for candidates with over 10 years of extensive experience in Workday HCM, specifically within the Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning modules.
Demonstrated expertise in configuring and implementing Workday HCM modules is essential. A strong grasp of HR business processes relevant to Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning is critical, alongside excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
We value strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance standards is necessary. Experience with change management and training strategies is considered a significant advantage.
