Join our dynamic team as a Workday Analyst, contributing to cutting-edge Workday implementations. This role offers the chance to work on foundational HR data structures within a new Workday deployment, impacting client's HR solutions.

The Deloitte Workday team goes beyond standard system implementation, focusing on delivering maximum value and providing strategic guidance to optimize and enhance client Workday experiences. You'll be an integral part of a team that solves issues and drives innovation.

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting Core HCM configurations, including supervisory organizations, staffing models, and business processes. You will also assist in building location, job profile, and position management setups.

Your responsibilities will extend to participating in design workshops for Core HCM requirements, documenting configuration decisions, and executing unit and system testing. Furthermore, you'll support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HR processes and assist in validating converted HR data, along with supporting cutover activities.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Exposure to programming concepts like Java or C++ and object-oriented programming is beneficial, as is knowledge of SQL and database tools.

Essential qualities include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive eagerness to learn and collaborate within a team environment. This position requires flexibility for shift work and is based on-site in our office, supporting offshore development center projects. A basic understanding of web services, APIs, XML, and JSON is a plus.
