We are seeking a Senior Consultant AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI products, requiring a strong technical background and leadership capabilities.

The ideal candidate will manage a team, provide technical direction, and collaborate closely with clients to deliver innovative and scalable AI solutions.

Lead the entire AI product development lifecycle, from initial solution design through to production deployment.

Architect robust, secure, and cloud-native solutions leveraging platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, along with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to a team of 4-5 engineers, fostering an environment of collaboration and efficient sprint execution.

Engage directly with clients to understand their unique business needs, propose effective technical strategies, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Drive initiatives for production support, performance optimization, security enhancements, and ongoing monitoring for continuous improvement.

A minimum of 5-7 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3-4 years specifically focused on Generative AI and LLM solution development.

Demonstrated expertise in core technologies including Python, REST APIs, AI/ML principles, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases. Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph is essential.

Proven experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps practices, and enterprise architecture principles.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required, alongside exceptional leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
