Join Deloitte's Human Capital team as a Consultant in our HR Transformation practice. You will play a key role in designing and implementing critical HR and talent programs, leveraging your expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM.

This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful solutions that address today's evolving business challenges. You'll contribute to innovative talent and change initiatives, ensuring client satisfaction and driving successful project outcomes.

As a Consultant on our HR Transformation Team, you will: - Lead Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Compensation & Benefits module implementations, focusing on business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design. - Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation modules, including salary, base pay, individual compensation, and total compensation statements. - Develop and configure approval workflows for compensation-related processes and write fast formulas for compensation and benefits. - Define benefit programs, plans, options, rates, and coverages, aligning with business needs and managing benefit life events. - Support clients through all phases of testing, cutover, and post-go-live activities, including data migration and integration efforts. - Create comprehensive functional design documents and provide end-user training and support to maximize system utilization.

We are seeking individuals with: - A minimum of two full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Compensation & Benefits. - Proven experience in business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design for Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Compensation. - Proficiency in configuring Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation modules, defining salary and base pay, and setting up compensation statements. - Experience in configuring approval workflows and writing fast formulas for Compensation and Benefits. - Ability to define benefit programs, plans, and manage benefit life events. - Experience supporting testing, cutover, and post-go-live phases, along with data migration and integration activities. - Strong written and oral communication skills, analytical capabilities, and presentation skills are essential. - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. - A certification in Oracle Cloud HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation & Benefits Module is highly desirable, along with 5+ years of relevant experience.
