As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Benefits Module to meet diverse organizational needs. You will collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to refine benefits processes and workflows.

Key responsibilities include providing expertise in benefits plan setup, eligibility, open enrollment, and reporting. You will manage system updates, patches, and drive continuous improvement within the benefits module. Additionally, you'll conduct training sessions, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure adherence to benefits policies and legal compliance.

We are seeking a candidate with 5-8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with a strong focus on the Benefits Module. Proven success in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Benefits solutions is essential.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required. While not mandatory, Oracle Fusion certifications related to HCM are considered a significant advantage. Essential skills include a solid understanding of benefits administration, policy, and compliance, coupled with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
