Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Core HR consultant to join our team in Bengaluru. This role requires extensive hands-on experience and a deep understanding of Oracle Core HR modules, best practices, and industry trends. You will be instrumental in leading design, development, and configuration efforts, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational HR strategies. Lead the design, development, and configuration of Oracle Core HR modules, ensuring alignment with organizational HR strategies. Manage all project phases, from client demos and requirement gathering through to go-live and post-implementation support. Utilize expertise in Core HR functionalities like organization management, employee data, and exit processes. Customize pages using Page Composer and VBCS to enhance user experience. Evaluate and implement system updates and enhancements.

- Drive client-facing interactions, including stakeholder management and requirement articulation. - Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality, timely project delivery.

Requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry expertise in Oracle Core HR modules. Demonstrated experience across all project phases, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Deep knowledge of Core HR functionalities is essential, alongside familiarity with Redwood, security configurations, and approval workflows. Proficiency in page customization using Page Composer and VBCS is necessary. Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles are critical.
