Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Core HR professional with over 3 years of industry expertise. This role involves deep engagement with industry trends, best practices, and emerging features.

We are looking for an individual to spearhead the design, development, and configuration of Oracle Core HR modules, ensuring seamless integration with our organization's HR strategies and workflows.

Manage all project phases, from client engagement and requirement gathering to post-implementation support. This includes leading demos, workshops, analysis, design, configuration, testing, and cut-over activities.

Deeply engage with Core HR functionalities such as organizational structure, position management, employee data, probation, transfers, promotions, salary processing, exit management, and HR journeys. Stay current with Oracle Core HR updates, evaluating their impact and driving system enhancements.

Demonstrate expertise in Redwood, security configurations, and approval workflows, with hands-on experience in customization. Proficiency in page customization using Page Composer and VBCS is essential for improving user experience.

Possess excellent communication skills, particularly in client-facing scenarios, with proven abilities in stakeholder management and requirement articulation. The candidate should also exhibit strong leadership qualities, capable of mentoring junior team members and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
