As a Senior Consultant in HR Transformation, your primary responsibility will be to lead end-to-end implementation projects for Kronos Workforce Dimensions and related technologies. This includes system configuration, integration, and ensuring successful user adoption. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique requirements, analyze existing business processes, and design tailored workforce management solutions.

Key duties involve providing hands-on expertise in Kronos configuration, covering aspects like accrual management, timekeeping, scheduling, and leave policies. You will also develop and implement integration solutions, potentially using Dell Boomi, to ensure seamless data flow between Kronos and other enterprise systems. Troubleshooting, bug fixing, and optimizing system performance are integral to this role, alongside cultivating strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.

We are seeking practitioners with 2 to 8 years of experience, possessing a strong understanding of Time management and HCM processes. Essential skills include proven expertise in configuring Kronos for accruals, timekeeping, scheduling, and leave management, as well as proficiency in the Dell Boomi integration platform or similar middleware. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in integration design, requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.

Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Kronos and integrations is crucial. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are required. While a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is acceptable, a Kronos Workforce Dimensions or Dell Boomi Certification, along with strong experience in BIRT reporting and advanced scheduling, would be highly beneficial. This role is based in Ahmedabad, IN.
