Join our Human Capital practice as a Senior Consultant specializing in HR Transformation with a focus on Kronos.

This role is critical in designing and implementing innovative talent and change programs within a global setting. You will leverage your expertise to drive critical HR and workforce management initiatives, contributing to our clients' success in navigating today's complex business landscape.

Spearhead end-to-end implementation projects for Kronos Workforce Dimensions and associated technologies, ensuring seamless configuration, integration, and user adoption.

Collaborate closely with clients to define requirements, analyze existing business processes, and craft tailored workforce management solutions.

Provide expert hands-on configuration for Kronos Workforce Dimensions, encompassing accruals, timekeeping, scheduling, and leave management functionalities.

Develop and implement robust integration solutions using Dell Boomi or similar middleware, ensuring efficient data exchange between Kronos and other enterprise systems.

Conduct comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing to optimize system performance and resolve issues.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication, proactive problem-solving, and delivering tangible value.

We are seeking a practitioner with 2 to 8 years of experience, possessing a strong understanding of time management and HCM processes.

Key technical skills include proven expertise in Kronos Workforce Dimensions configuration for accruals, timekeeping, scheduling, and leave management, as well as proficiency in the Dell Boomi integration platform.

Solid experience in designing and implementing integrations using Dell Boomi or similar middleware is essential. You should also demonstrate proficiency in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, are required. While not mandatory, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is expected. Kronos Workforce Dimensions and Dell Boomi certifications are considered advantageous, as is strong experience in BIRT reporting and advanced scheduling.
