Lead end-to-end Kronos Workforce Dimensions implementation projects, ensuring successful configuration, integration, and user adoption. Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, analyze business processes, and design effective workforce management solutions.

Provide hands-on configuration expertise for Kronos modules including accruals, timekeeping, scheduling, and leave management. Develop and implement integration solutions using Dell Boomi or similar tools for seamless data flow. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to optimize system performance and resolve issues. Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.

We are seeking a practitioner with 3-6 years of experience in Time Management and HCM Processes. Proven expertise in configuring Kronos for accruals, timekeeping, scheduling, and leave management is essential.

Required skills include proficiency in Dell Boomi integration platform, experience in designing and implementing integrations, and strong abilities in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design. Candidates must demonstrate an ability to troubleshoot technical issues, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and have experience with BIRT reports and advanced scheduling. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is required.
