Lead end-to-end Kronos Workforce Dimensions (WFD) implementation projects, from configuration to user adoption. Collaborate with clients to define requirements, analyze processes, and design effective workforce management solutions. Provide hands-on expertise in WFD configuration for accruals, timekeeping, scheduling, and leave management. Develop and implement integration solutions using Dell Boomi, ensuring seamless data flow. Conduct thorough testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance. Cultivate strong client relationships and drive continuous process improvement.

This role requires 3-6 years of experience with a strong understanding of Time Management and HCM processes. Proven expertise in configuring Kronos WFD and integrating using Dell Boomi or similar middleware is essential. You should be proficient in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design, with a demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is required. Certifications in Kronos WFD or Dell Boomi, along with experience in BIRT reporting and advance scheduling, are highly desirable.
