Lead full lifecycle Kronos Workforce Dimensions implementation projects, ensuring seamless configuration, integration, and user adoption.

Collaborate closely with clients to define requirements, analyze existing business processes, and architect effective workforce management solutions.

Provide hands-on configuration expertise for Kronos WFD modules, including accruals, timekeeping, scheduling, and leave management.

Develop and deploy integration strategies using Dell Boomi or similar tools to facilitate data exchange between Kronos and other enterprise systems.

Conduct comprehensive testing, identify and resolve issues, and fine-tune system performance for optimal efficiency.

Foster robust client relationships through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and delivering demonstrable value.

This role requires 2-8 years of experience, with a strong understanding of Time Management and HCM processes.

Proven expertise in configuring Kronos for accruals, timekeeping, scheduling, and leave management is essential. Proficiency with the Dell Boomi integration platform and a solid background in designing and implementing integrations using middleware platforms are also key.

Candidates should possess strong skills in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design. The ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Kronos and integration components is expected. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are required.

While not mandatory, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is preferred. Kronos Workforce Dimensions and Dell Boomi certifications are considered advantageous. Experience with BIRT reports and advanced scheduling is highly desirable.
