Join Deloitte's Human Capital practice as an HR Advisory Manager, where you will drive critical HR transformation programs. Your expertise will be key in shaping and executing strategies that address today's evolving business challenges.

This role offers the opportunity to leverage research, analytics, and industry insights to deliver innovative talent, leadership, and change initiatives. You'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing programs that impact the core of our clients' organizations.

Lead comprehensive HR transformation programs from initiation to completion, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Establish robust program governance structures, including steering committees and reporting dashboards, for transparent oversight.

Develop and manage detailed program plans, identifying milestones, dependencies, and critical paths to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Proactively identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and interdependencies.

Create and implement integrated change management strategies encompassing communication, stakeholder engagement, and training. Conduct impact and readiness assessments to tailor change interventions effectively. Facilitate workshops and design thinking sessions to foster collaboration and secure buy-in. Manage program-level risk and issue registers and coordinate escalations. Define and track benefits realization KPIs and coordinate cross-functional workstreams for seamless execution.

You will be instrumental in leading business development efforts, contributing to proposals and articulating Deloitte's expertise in program and change management. Mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.

Contribute to practice building through thought leadership, knowledge sharing, and shaping service line offerings. Stay updated on emerging HR trends and change management methodologies to provide forward-looking advisory insights. A strong foundation in program delivery, transition, and change management within HR transformation projects is essential.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage small teams is required. Direct experience in developing proposals, presentations, and managing customer service is crucial. You must effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in standard office software and internet research tools is expected.

Understanding of basic HR transformation concepts and experience supporting HR lifecycle events is beneficial. Familiarity with key HR trends and their application is important. Experience in building functional requirements and a willingness to take initiative and learn independently are key attributes.

We are seeking individuals who can navigate ambiguity and pressure, formulate structured design thinking methodologies, and possess excellent academic credentials. A Bachelor's or Post-Graduation Diploma/Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a Hard Science is required.
