As a Senior Consultant in our HR Transformation Team, you will be instrumental in delivering complex projects. This includes process design, enhancing employee experiences, and implementing HR technologies. You'll conduct thorough research and analysis to shape client recommendations, producing high-quality work products. Taking ownership of workstreams, you will ensure timely and quality delivery, collaborating closely with managers to mitigate risks and manage project timelines effectively. Contribute to internal initiatives, proposals, and knowledge building while developing deep expertise in HR domains and consulting skills through hands-on experience.

We are seeking candidates with 5-8 years of relevant experience, ideally in consulting with leading management firms or in industry roles. A demonstrated ability to write clearly and concisely for diverse audiences is essential. Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation tools, and internet research is required. Understanding of basic HR transformation concepts and experience supporting HR life cycle events is highly desirable. You should be abreast of key HR trends and their real-time application, with experience in building functional requirements. Excellent academic credentials and a proactive approach to learning independently are crucial. The ability to manage ambiguity, work under pressure, and formulate design thinking methodologies is also key. A Bachelor's, Post Graduation Diploma, or Master's Degree in Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related Hard Science field is required.
