As a Manager in our HR Transformation Team, you will foster strong client and team relationships to consistently exceed expectations. Your responsibilities include leading end-to-end HR shared-services transition projects, managing scope, timelines, and budgets.
You will design and implement robust operating models, governance structures, service catalogues, and SLAs for HR shared services. Developing and standardizing end-to-end HR processes, such as recruitment, payroll, and talent management, for migration to a shared-services hub is crucial. Additionally, you'll create employee-centric, persona-led experience programs and self-service tools.
Managing risks, issues, and milestone tracking throughout engagements is key. You will identify opportunities for increased efficiency, digitization, automation, and innovative approaches. Maintaining the accuracy and completeness of work products is essential. This role also involves leading business development initiatives, assisting with proposal development, and contributing to thought leadership. Continuous professional development through training and client interaction is encouraged.
We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in HR BPM and Shared Services setup and implementation. Practical experience in the functional design and implementation of HR Technology platforms is essential.
Candidates should possess complex HR Transformation project or program management experience and demonstrate excellent academic credentials. A Bachelor's degree, Post Graduation Diploma, or Master's degree in business, economics, human resource management, psychology, sociology, information technology, mathematics, hard science, or a related field is required.
With 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting with leading management consulting firms or in industry roles, you will be expected to contribute independently and manage small teams. Direct, hands-on experience in developing proposals, presentations, deliverables, and managing customer service is vital.
Proven ability to effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work objectives is a must. You should demonstrate clear, succinct writing skills appealing to a broad audience. Proficiency in standard office software and internet research tools is necessary. Understanding basic HR transformation concepts and experience supporting HR life cycle events is ideal.
Staying abreast of key HR trends and their application across HR processes is important. Experience in building functional requirements and a willingness to take initiative and learn independently are highly valued. The ability to navigate ambiguity and work pressure, along with formulating design thinking structured methodologies, will set candidates apart.
