As a Consultant in our HR Transformation Team, you will support the delivery of impactful HR projects, including process redesign, enhancing employee experiences, and implementing HR technologies. You'll conduct research and analysis to inform client recommendations, ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of project deliverables.

Collaborate closely with senior team members to manage project progress and mitigate risks. You will also contribute to internal initiatives and knowledge-building efforts, developing foundational expertise in HR domains and consulting through hands-on experience. Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions.

We are seeking candidates with excellent academic credentials and 1-4 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles. A Bachelor's or Post Graduation Diploma/Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Mathematics, or Hard Science is required.

Demonstrated ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines is essential. Strong written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with Internet research tools are necessary. Familiarity with basic HR transformation concepts and a willingness to learn independently are highly valued.
