Lead Darwinbox implementation projects, ensuring seamless delivery and efficient team coordination. Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations and providing project updates. Gather and analyze HR requirements, translating them into detailed system specifications. Demonstrate expertise in Darwinbox implementation and support, with a strong understanding of global HR and benefits systems. Optimize complex HR operations and drive process improvements. Configure and test integrations between Darwinbox and third-party solutions to ensure system interoperability. Recommend best practices aligned with client business needs and assist in successful 'go-live' phases.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Darwinbox implementation or support is essential, coupled with in-depth knowledge of Darwinbox Functional Modules. Proven ability to effectively communicate with senior executives and understand client pain points to propose suitable solutions. Strong analytical skills, effective time management, and excellent client handling abilities are required. A B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is necessary. Familiarity with Darwinbox Studio is expected, with additional middleware experience being an advantage.
