As an Associate Director in Human Resource Transformation, you will be instrumental in configuring and implementing systems within global frameworks. Your expertise will extend to providing essential production and warranty support, ensuring seamless system integration and operational efficiency for our clients' HR functions.

Lead the design and implementation of transformative HR operating models, processes, technology solutions, and shared services.

Spearhead projects involving HR operating models, public-private partnerships, and specialized employee experience programs.

Drive functional design and execution for HR technology platforms and experience-focused solutions.

Oversee HR efficiency initiatives and programs focused on delivering tangible return on investment.

Conduct thorough research, perform in-depth data analysis, and prepare comprehensive reports.

Contribute to proposal development and actively participate in business development efforts.

Continuously enhance consulting capabilities and professional expertise through training and client engagement.

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR transformation, HR technology implementation, and shared services or operating model projects is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and team leadership is required.

Proven track record of successfully leading at least two full-cycle HR technology implementations.

Significant experience in HR technology adoption and digital transformation initiatives is necessary.
