As a Team Lead, you will oversee and perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close activities, including preparing and reviewing journal entries. You will ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and maintain general ledger accounts, while supporting data integrity in SAP and Tagetik.

Key responsibilities include assisting with financial reporting analysis, ensuring alignment with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. You will also manage account reconciliations and intercompany accounting, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly. Furthermore, you will contribute to audit support, process improvement initiatives, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline, complemented by 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, closing, and reporting.

Proficiency in IFRS, functional knowledge of SAP, and experience with Tagetik are essential. Strong MS Office skills, particularly advanced Excel, are required. Experience with digital finance tools like Power BI and Power Apps is a plus. Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA are highly recommended for this role.
