Join our team as a Team Lead in Record to Report, driving excellence in financial operations. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of monthly balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany processes.

Oversee monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards. Contribute to resolving open balance sheet items and maintaining reconciliation policy documentation.

Efficiently manage the intercompany process, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and quality checks. Handle critical financial activities including month-end closing, customer escalations, and process standardization.

Drive improvements in end-to-end finance processes, acting as a subject matter expert. Monitor process metrics and engage with stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met. Coordinate with other teams for issue containment and long-term resolution.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in accountancy is required, complemented by 5-7 years of relevant experience. Hands-on experience with SAP and Blackline, ideally 3-4 years, is preferred.

Strong subject matter expertise in finance ERPs like SAP and core business processes such as General Accounting, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Intercompany Accounting, and Analytics is essential. A solid understanding of P/L, Balance Sheet, and Consolidation processes is also a must.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Power BI is expected. Working knowledge of end-to-end intercompany processes, including SAP modules for recharges and settlements, is crucial. Additional skills in Power Apps, Access, or VB are considered a plus.
