As a Team Lead, you will support the transformation of Banking and Accounts Receivable processes, including documenting current and future states and identifying improvement opportunities. You will drive the standardization of AR and banking activities, define operating models, and support the implementation of automated solutions for bank statement processing and cash application. Your responsibilities will extend to ensuring accurate processing of receipts, managing electronic banking connectivity, and resolving operational issues with banking partners.

You will also be involved in gathering detailed business requirements, participating in solution workshops, and developing test scenarios for ERP systems. This includes coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), managing defects, and supporting cutover and hypercare activities. Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with internal control frameworks, embed segregation of duties, and support audit requirements, while also mitigating process and operational risks. Data migration, reconciliation, and stakeholder management will be key aspects of your role, acting as a liaison between various finance and project teams.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field, coupled with 5-8 years of experience in Banking Operations, Accounts Receivable, cash application, clearing, and reconciliation. Prior experience supporting ERP implementations, finance transformation, or process improvement initiatives is essential.

A strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and governance frameworks is required, along with experience in shared services or global finance environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are necessary, alongside robust communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, BlackLine, HighRadius Cash Application, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel is crucial. A continuous improvement and automation mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a transformation setting are also key. Experience with Quantum Treasury Management System is desirable.
