Join our dynamic Enterprise Technology team as a Senior Team Lead in Record to Report, based in Bengaluru's Eco Space. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and enabling innovation.

You will be instrumental in managing various accounting functions including intercompany activities, general ledger close, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, financial and joint venture reporting, business unit support, payroll accounting, treasury, and fixed asset accounting. You will also collaborate with tax service teams to ensure compliance.

Lead and execute intercompany transaction processing, ensuring proper eliminations and reconciliations according to accounting policies.

Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely completion of financial reports.

Manage and perform general ledger period-end close activities, ensuring accuracy of financial transactions and proper recording. Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.

Review and perform monthly bank and balance sheet account reconciliations, resolving discrepancies promptly.

Generate and analyze financial reports, providing key insights into the company's financial health and ensuring report accuracy and consistency.

Handle accounting for investments in associates and joint ventures, and provide comprehensive accounting support to business units (BUs).

Manage payroll and treasury accounting, including reconciliation of treasury systems and ensuring accurate recording of payroll costs.

Oversee fixed asset accounting, including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation, ensuring compliance with standards. Support tax service teams with income tax, GST, and SST accounting, and tax provision creation.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, coupled with 9-12 years of substantial experience in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.

Demonstrate a strong grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and internal controls. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential, with ERP system experience being a significant advantage.

Possess excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment are crucial.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are needed for seamless collaboration.
