Join our dynamic team as a Senior Team Lead focused on the Order-to-Cash lifecycle. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and supporting innovation within our enterprise technology group. You will manage and optimize critical processes, ensuring seamless execution from contract initiation to payment.

Oversee the end-to-end contract-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate contract intake, drafting, approvals, and execution, alongside managing sales orders, drawdowns, and SAP transactions. Prepare essential shipping, customs, and customer documentation, aligned with contractual terms and regulatory requirements. Generate accurate commercial invoices, monitor AR/AP positions and collections to ensure timely cash flow.

Manage Letter of Credit activities, review complex transactions, and maintain accurate data across contracts, orders, and customer credit information. Act as a subject matter expert to resolve operational issues, guide stakeholders, and support onboarding. Drive process improvements by monitoring KPIs, identifying root causes of errors, and implementing standardization and automation initiatives.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, International Trade, Supply Chain, Maritime Studies, or a related field is required. We are looking for candidates with 7-10 years of progressive experience in commercial services, encompassing hands-on operational delivery and expertise in governance, controls, stakeholder coordination, and service delivery.

Proven experience in commodity, export, shipping, metals, mining, or a similar international trade environment is highly desirable. Essential knowledge includes the complete contract lifecycle management, order management, invoicing, shipping documentation, and trade finance processes. Proficiency with SAP, particularly in contract maintenance, sales orders, and financial documents, is a must. Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting are also crucial.
