Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Executive in Collections. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and supporting innovation. You will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end collections strategy for your assigned portfolio, directly impacting key performance indicators.

We are seeking a proactive individual who can identify at-risk accounts, resolve complex disputes, and manage high-volume customer interactions. This position offers a significant opportunity to contribute to financial operations and process improvement within a leading organization.

Take ownership of the complete collections strategy for your designated portfolio, ensuring accountability for DSO, aging bucket performance, and overall collection effectiveness. Proactively identify accounts facing challenges through detailed aging analysis and payment trend monitoring. Effectively resolve intricate disputes related to usage, contract terms, and invoicing discrepancies.

Manage high-volume customer communications and escalations using Salesforce, ensuring structured follow-through. Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Revenue teams to establish collection plans that align with commercial objectives. Work closely with Billing and Revenue Operations to address systemic invoicing or consumption issues and with Cash Application to minimize unapplied cash and resolve posting gaps.

Perform detailed account reconciliations in NetSuite to maintain accurate and audit-ready AR. Support bad-debt risk assessments by flagging deteriorating payment patterns. Utilize the reporting framework to track portfolio health and derive actionable insights. Contribute to standardizing processes for enhanced collection speed and scalability. Address aged AR, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems, and manage exceptions from automated dunning.

A minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience is required in managing large, high-volume Accounts Receivable (AR) portfolios, demonstrating a measurable impact on DSO. A working knowledge of usage-based billing models and contract structures is essential.

Candidates must be adept at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy. Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivots, and data analysis, is necessary. Prior experience with NetSuite (or another major ERP system) and Salesforce is a key requirement.

Excellent analytical skills are expected, enabling the interpretation of large datasets, report building, and complex reconciliations. The ability to professionally handle escalations and challenging customer conversations is crucial. Strong analytical judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and professional business-level written English are also vital for success in this role.
