Key responsibilities include overseeing intercompany transactions, ensuring accurate consolidation of financial statements, and managing month/year-end closing processes. You will lead GL period-end activities, perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and generate insightful financial reports.

Additional duties involve joint venture reporting, providing accounting support to business units, and managing payroll and treasury accounting. Expertise in fixed asset accounting and supporting tax service teams for income tax, GST, and SST accounting are also essential.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 12-16 years of experience in RTR, financial accounting, reporting, and analysis. A strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls is required.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with ERP system experience being a plus, is necessary. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities. The capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment is also crucial.
