Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Testing. In this role, you will drive the engine of functional excellence, enabling innovation and long-term growth through robust enterprise technology solutions. This position requires a strategic approach to testing within SAP transformation projects.

This role is based in India and involves frequent travel to client locations.

Lead comprehensive end-to-end testing initiatives, from strategy and planning through execution and defect resolution. You will oversee SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure successful project outcomes. Collaboration with business stakeholders, functional teams, developers, and the PMO is crucial for defining test scenarios and addressing defects.

Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and manage metrics, providing regular updates to project leadership. Expertise in SAP transformation and greenfield implementations, including test management, data preparation, cutover support, and go-live readiness assessments, is expected.

We are seeking candidates with a Graduate degree in Science or Engineering and 5-7 years of experience in SAP Testing, specifically with SAP S/4 HANA. A strong understanding of the entire testing lifecycle, including various testing types and their application in complex SAP environments, is essential. The ability to adapt to a hybrid work model and travel frequently to client sites is also a key requirement for this role.
