Join our dynamic Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team as a Senior SAP Signavio Consultant. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and operational excellence through advanced process intelligence and transformation initiatives. You will architect and implement scalable solutions that optimize business processes across diverse functions.

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and optimization of process intelligence pipelines and dashboards. Translate complex business needs into robust, enterprise-grade architectures and scalable technical solutions. Govern and refine key performance indicator (KPI) frameworks, focusing on metrics like cycle time, rework, conformance, and SLA adherence. Conduct discovery, analysis, and documentation of business processes, developing comprehensive process models using BPMN 2.0 standards. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to capture current and future state process flows and transformation requirements. Establish and maintain process management standards and governance frameworks across the organization. Facilitate workshops to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities. Drive initiatives for process harmonization, simplification, and standardization.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Possess 5-8 years of comprehensive experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Process Transformation, or SAP Consulting. Demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP Signavio solutions. Solid understanding of BPMN 2.0 standards and business process modeling methodologies. Proven experience in business process analysis, optimization, and governance. Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills are essential. SAP Signavio certification is highly desirable.
