Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Signavio. You will be instrumental in architecting, developing, and optimizing process intelligence for our clients, ensuring their business processes are efficient and scalable.

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and optimization of process intelligence pipelines and dashboards. Translate complex business needs into scalable, enterprise-grade technical architectures and solutions. Govern and refine Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks, focusing on metrics like cycle time, rework, and SLA adherence. Conduct discovery, analysis, and documentation of business processes across various enterprise functions. Develop and maintain process models using BPMN 2.0 standards for enhanced process visibility. Collaborate with stakeholders to define current and future-state process flows and transformation requirements. Establish and enforce organizational process management standards and governance frameworks. Facilitate workshops to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities. Drive initiatives for process harmonization, simplification, and standardization across business units.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required. This role demands 5-8 years of comprehensive experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Process Transformation, or SAP Consulting. Demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP Signavio solutions. Possess a strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 standards and business process modeling methodologies. Proven experience in business process analysis, optimization, and governance is essential. Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship management skills are a must. SAP Signavio certification is highly desirable.
