Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Security and GRC Access Control. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and innovation within our SAP environments. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust SAP security frameworks, ensuring compliance and enabling seamless business operations.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact SAP projects, from initial blueprinting through to hypercare support. You will collaborate with diverse teams to build secure and efficient SAP landscapes.

Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining SAP roles, profiles, and authorization objects. You will participate in full-cycle SAP implementations, manage user access, and conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis using GRC tools.

Further tasks involve collaborating with technical and functional teams to define security requirements, supporting SAP S/4HANA initiatives, and troubleshooting authorization issues. You will also assist with audit requirements, perform impact assessments, and prepare comprehensive security documentation, including role design documents and matrices.

We are seeking a candidate with strong, hands-on experience in SAP Security and Authorizations, including expertise in role design and troubleshooting. Proven experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project is essential.

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Security and SAP Fiori Security concepts is required, alongside experience with SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM). A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are vital for success in this role.
