Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Security & GRC Access Control. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining robust SAP security frameworks that drive functional excellence and enable innovation. This role offers a dynamic environment where you'll contribute to end-to-end SAP implementation projects and ensure compliance with industry best practices.

This position is based in Hyderabad and is part of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about leveraging enterprise technology to achieve business objectives and foster long-term growth.

Key responsibilities include the design, creation, and ongoing management of SAP roles, authorization objects, and user access profiles across various SAP systems. You will actively participate in all phases of SAP implementation projects, from initial blueprinting and design through to testing, go-live, and hypercare support.

Your role will involve performing comprehensive user and role administration, conducting Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation using SAP GRC tools, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define security requirements. You will also support SAP S/4HANA initiatives, troubleshoot authorization issues, and assist with both internal and external audit processes.

We are seeking candidates with strong expertise in SAP Security and Authorizations, including hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation. A proven ability in role design, role maintenance, and authorization troubleshooting is essential.

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Security concepts, SAP Fiori Security (Catalogs, Groups, Spaces, Pages), and SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM) is required. A solid understanding of SoD risks, compliance, and SAP Basis concepts related to security administration is also necessary. The ideal candidate possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with experience in transport management and security change management processes. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is a prerequisite.
