Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Fieldglass. You will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and maintaining advanced solutions for Contingent Labor Management (CLM) and Services Procurement (SPM/SOW).

This role offers a dynamic environment where you'll drive functional excellence and enable innovation. We are seeking a proactive individual to contribute to our impactful projects within Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP.

Key responsibilities include designing and configuring SAP Fieldglass workflows, leading master data integrations and troubleshooting connectivity with enterprise systems like SAP SuccessFactors and Ariba. You will also gather business requirements, map process flows, and implement system changes.

Additional duties involve providing tier-2/3 support, resolving issues related to timesheets, invoicing, and supplier environments. You will also build customized reports and analytics for workforce spend and supplier performance insights, alongside developing test scripts and authoring user documentation.

We are looking for candidates with 5-8 years of solid experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation and support, covering contingent workforce and services procurement, including at least one greenfield implementation. Expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment is essential.

Hands-on experience integrating SAP Fieldglass with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and third-party applications is required. Proven ability to lead client workshops, manage stakeholders, support UAT, and drive go-live activities is crucial. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering is mandatory.
