Your role will encompass various stages of SAP Ariba implementation. This includes conducting stakeholder workshops to gather detailed business requirements and performing gap analysis. You will also be responsible for configuring core SAP Ariba modules like Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, and Buying & Invoicing. Furthermore, you will manage system integration with backend platforms such as SAP S/4HANA or ECC, lead testing phases including UAT, and provide crucial go-live and post-implementation support. Developing end-user training materials and process documentation are also key aspects of this position.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 5-8 years of hands-on SAP Ariba implementation and support experience. A proven track record of at least one end-to-end greenfield implementation is essential. Expertise in business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment is required. You should possess hands-on experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Fieldglass. The ability to lead client workshops, manage stakeholders, support UAT, and guide go-live and hypercare activities in global environments is crucial. Strong consulting, troubleshooting, documentation, and client-facing skills, coupled with experience in Agile methodologies, are necessary. An immediate joiner is preferred. A Graduate degree in Science or Engineering is required.
