Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP ABAP and the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP). This role is crucial for driving innovation and growth within our client engagements. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge SAP solutions.

This position offers a hybrid work model with a base location in Pan India, requiring frequent travel to client sites. Be a part of a dynamic team that leverages technology to deliver exceptional business value.

Design and implement robust SAP ABAP applications, particularly within S/4HANA environments. Develop technical solutions using modern ABAP programming, including OOABAP, CDS Views, and AMDPs. Build and enhance RICEFW objects and create OData services for SAP Fiori. Develop RESTful applications using the ABAP RAP model and integrate systems via BAPIs, RFCs, and Web Services. Optimize code, debug issues, and collaborate closely with functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Prepare comprehensive documentation and support deployment and continuous improvement initiatives.

A graduate degree in Science or Engineering is required, coupled with 5-10 years of extensive SAP ABAP development experience. Proficiency in Object-Oriented ABAP, ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDPs, OData Services, and the ABAP RAP model is essential. Experience with Enhancements, BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, APIs, Web Services, and SmartForms/Adobe Forms is expected. Strong skills in performance tuning, SQL tuning on SAP HANA, and a solid understanding of SAP development standards and the SDLC are necessary. Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are key.
