Configure and implement SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions to streamline logistics. Manage freight order processing, planning, carrier selection, and settlement. Ensure seamless integration of SAP TM with modules like EWM, SD, MM, and S/4HANA. Conduct system configuration, testing, cutover, and provide production support. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver comprehensive transportation management solutions.

We seek a seasoned SAP TM consultant with 6-10 years of experience and deep knowledge in transportation and logistics. Proven ability to manage 1-2 end-to-end SAP TM implementations is essential. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, Fit-Gap, designing and configuring SAP TM solutions (Order Management, Planning, Execution, Settlement), preparing functional specifications, and supporting S/4HANA integrations. Experience with testing cycles (SIT/UAT), cutover, go-live, and hypercare is required. You will lead client workshops, manage project workstreams, and contribute to business development activities. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are paramount.
