Manage SAP GRC Access Control configurations, including ARA, EAM, and BRM. Conduct SoD analysis and implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent conflicting user permissions. Oversee user access requests, manage workflows, and perform regular user access reviews. Support internal and external audits, ensuring IT controls align with SOX and data privacy regulations. Design, develop, and test security roles for diverse SAP environments like S/4HANA and Fiori.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is required. Candidates should possess a minimum of six years of practical experience in SAP application security and GRC tools, with in-depth knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control (version 12.0) and IAM. Essential soft skills include strong problem-solving capabilities, effective stakeholder management, and excellent communication for end-user training.
